Curt Witte, President & CEO
Mr. Witte is responsible for the company’s direction, strategic management and global expansion. Mr. Witte has a proven track record in software, internet services, and communications with over 20 years of experience, from scaling start-up ventures by over 14x to running $10 billion Fortune 50 lines of business with specific experience in marketing, sales, product management, and finance. He has specialized experience including rapid turnaround of major businesses, enterprise scaling and transformation, commercialization of complex new technologies, product development, sales channel reengineering and early stage venture capital fundraising. Mr. Witte has held senior management positions at leading companies including: AT&T (NYSE: T), Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH), Lexington Financial Partners, Peopleclick and Firm58. Mr. Witte graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Economics and was a Rothschild Scholar at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University where he received an MBA.
Jason Kerr, Founder & CTO
Mr Kerr has until recently, been responsible for the company’s technical direction, strategic management and global expansion, and over the past several years he has directed his thinking and expertise to radically changing the failing job-board model and creating a powerful new paradigm of automated high-quality anonymous job matching. In June 2009, Kerr replaced himself as President & CEO and brought in Curt Witte as the new President & CEO for QuietAgent, with a directive to take the company from R&D into commercial revenue generating mode. Prior to founding QuietAgent in 2000, Kerr was the CEO and founder of Forte Solutions Limited, a software development company that developed logistical support and management software for the global regional airline market. The company had a 60% market share in Asia-Pacific when it was sold to Accenture in 2005. Earlier in his career, Kerr co-founded Forte Communications which designed, developed and patented the first SMS text messaging platform allowing two-way text messages to be sent to and from mobile devices and the Internet. In 1997, he led the successful sale of that business to Telecom Wireless Solutions of Atlanta (predecessor to BellSouth). Also during his career, Kerr founded and successfully floated a voice-video-email technology onto the secondary London stock exchange, the AIM.
Gary Scheier, Co-Founder & VP Business Development
Mr. Scheier manages the U.S. Government sales as well as being responsible for capital-raising and the general corporate affairs of the company. Mr. Scheier was responsible for establishing the company in the U.S. and securing its equity and debt financing. From 1997 to 2002 Mr. Scheier was VP of Business Development and later President of Telecom Wireless Solutions, an Atlanta-based company providing engineering services to the wireless telecommunications industry. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Scheier was a partner at Weiss, Peck & Greer, where he was co-founder of their Quantitative Equity Division.
Bob Wallace, CFO
Mr. Wallace is responsible for the financial governance of the business. Most recently Mr. Wallace was the Chief Executive Officer of TopGolf USA, a venture capital-backed start-up company, where he assisted in the initial capital raise and was instrumental in bringing the first of seven TopGolf properties to fruition in the U.S. and Europe. Previously Mr. Wallace worked for Kemper Sports Management, leaving as Vice Chairman of the company after a 16 year tenure. Mr. Wallace held various roles and was an integral member in growing the company from six properties to 70+ properties, including new business development, obtaining financing for the growth, and overseeing operations. Throughout his time with Kemper, Mr. Wallace held various titles including Chief Financial Officer and Controller of the parent company, and President and Chief Operating Officer of various subsidiaries. Mr. Wallace started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., overseeing audits of public and private companies in banking, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, investment services and brokerage industries, and he has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a graduate from the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.
Phil Haynes, VP Corporate Alliances
Mr. Haynes is responsible for the management of AllianceQ, including interfacing with member corporations on all issues relating to the functioning of the Alliance. He recently served as Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager for Wachovia Corporation, the nation’s fourth largest financial institution, where he identified, developed and implemented innovative recruitment strategies for Wachovia’s 400+ person recruiting organization. Prior to his role at Wachovia, Mr. Haynes recruited and managed recruiting teams for contingency, retained and in-house recruiting functions primarily in the enterprise software industry.
Ambrose Regan, VP Sales
Mr. Regan is responsible for the sales team and driving revenue into the business. Mr. Regan played an important role in growing strategic business development during the initial roll out of QuietAgent and AllianceQ, and continues to drive key business relationships and sales activity for the business. Prior to joining QuietAgent, Mr. Regan spent over 17 years in high pressure sales environments, from leading sales for Internet start-ups and original SAAS based player Verticalnet, to selling banking origination transactions in structured finance investments in real estate.
Gayleen Robinson, Director of Global Operations
Ms. Robinson is responsible for the QuietAgent Product Development and Delivery team. Ms. Robinson joined QuietAgent in 2002 and has also held roles in business development and marketing with the company. Previously, she was the Marketing Manager for Carter Holt Harvey (International Paper), and before that, Cable & Wireless UK Ltd. in London, where she was a Marketing Communications Manager. Prior to Cable & Wireless, Ms. Robinson spent six years in retail systems development, support, and implementation with BP in New Zealand.
Paul O’Donnell, Chief Technical Architect
Mr. O’Donnell is responsible for the strategic architecture of the QuietAgent technology. Having a 15-year history in developing distributed architecture solutions for a variety of organizations across multiple industries, Mr. O’Donnell manages the direction, sourcing and introduction of new technologies, and assumes overall responsibility for all scalability, reliability, redundancy and technical delivery.
