John Stokes, Piermont Ventures
Mr. Stokes is a prolific investor in start-up, early stage technology and high-growth companies. An accomplished strategist, marketer and sales professional, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the wireless, internet, and media sectors. Most recently Mr. Stokes co-founded Montreal Start Up LLP, an early stage Venture Capital Fund investing in software based wireless, internet and media companies. He is currently Managing Partner of the Fund and sits on the boards of Beyond the Rack, Book Oven, Oneeko, Emotify, KeenKong, Mobilito and Standout Jobs. Prior to this Mr. Stokes held pivotal roles within the Wireless Industry such as Aethos Systems (acquired by Logica CMG (LSE: LOG)) (India, Taiwan, China, SEA) and Brightpoint Inc. (NASDAQ: CELL) (Philippines, Taiwan, South Africa, Australia), and was Chief Operating Officer for Livedoor Group Inc., Japan’s first free Internet Service Provider, where Mr. Stokes secured a venture capital investment (HSBC, Texas Pacific Group) to the tune of $US30 Million, which at the time was the largest ever investment in a Japanese start-up entity.

Richard Kincaid, beCause Foundation
Mr. Kincaid is the former CFO then CEO for Sam Zell’s Equity Office Properties Trust. Mr. Kincaid’s tenure with the Equity Office group culminated in 2007 when Kincaid and his boss, Chairman Sam Zell, completed a $39 billion buyout of the company by Blackstone Group LP. Mr. Kincaid was a key figure in pioneering and managing several $1-billion-plus bond offerings in an industry where that was previously unheard of. Today Mr. Kincaid funds various philanthropic endeavors, and continues to provide strategic advice to several companies.

Matt Moog, Viewpoints Network
Mr. Moog f
ounded Viewpoints Network in August 2006.  He spent the previous ten years at Q Interactive/CoolSavings where he joined the company as its fifth employee. He ran sales and marketing from 1996 to 2000. From 2001 to 2006 Matt served as President & CEO while CoolSavings was publicly traded, and then took the company private in a sale to Landmark Communications. Prior to CoolSavings Matt worked for Microsoft in a variety of business development and sales roles.Matt is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a board member of Francis Parker School.  Matt has three boys, Max, Charlie & Eli, a wonderful wife Lucy, and lives in Chicago.
